- Samrat Peanut Bhujia (Crushed)
- Red chilli powder
- Garam masala powder
- Coriander leaves(chopped)
- Heat oil, redden the garlic and then stir fry the onions and potatoes.
- Add the powder masala and capsicum and cook it covered on slow flame till all the vegetables are soft
- Mix in the crushed peanut Bhujia
- Serve gernished with chopped Coriander Leaves.
